Lovely room well decorated
Only gave a 2 star because only 2 of the 4 lamps had working light bulbs.

House keeping is lacking care, dusty in areas, toilet pan brown stain, communal areas dusty and dirty.

It is a shame as rooms are nice.

Bit noisy but you are in the middle of the city centre

My partner and I stayed at the hotel one night. The location is very good in the heart of Bath city centre.
Our room was on the third floor, unfortunately without a lift.
The room was nice, clean but a bit small. They provide a kettle, a coffee machine, hairdryer and a iron as well. There is also a TV but in our case it wasn't working. The Wi-Fi provided did not work either and the room was quite noisy until late night.
On the upsides the breakfast is really worth it! You can choose from a wide range of breakfast (full Scottish, eggs benedict, pancakes etc.) plus you have a mini buffet with a continental one (fruit, yogurt, cereals and Danish pastries).
Overall it was a good stay in Bath.

Oh my, where to begin with this place. Yes, it's a couple of rooms above a fish restaurant. The king bed is actually two singles pushed together and innefectively fastened. The bathroom is freezing and looks like an asylum, and the water doesn't get hot enough so you're constantly cold while showering. Stains on towels, stains on carpet, the whole place looks like it needs a good clean. Sink area with other people's hair. Toilet roll at 30%, no extras. Nowhere near 4 stars, more like 2. Good location, good that they have an iron in the room, good that the radiators appear to work. Really glad I was only here for one night.

Located close to many bards, restaurants and attractions. 24 car park about 5-7min walk away. Double Rooms lovely, huge bed, big TV, nice big bathroom with walk in shower and a big bath tub! Clean. Breakfast is lovely, real nice selection to choose from (not a buffet - all cooked fresh). Would definitely stay again

Room tip: large double

We've stayed at Loch Fyne Milsoms many, many times and have always had superb service, fantastic accommodation and memorable food in the Loch Fyne restaurant. Indeed the restaurant has raised its stakes (steaks?) and the chef and his team consistently produce wonderful meals. The bedrooms are elegant, quiet (despite being on a main road) and comfortable. We stayed in a standard room (4) this time - perfectly large enough though if you want to stay in grand style then opt for (more expensive) rooms 1/2/3
