Abbey Rectory B&B was one of (if not the) best B&Bs we have stayed in over many years. We stayed for five nights during our visit to Bath. The B&B is well located just on the outskirts of Bath in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the property well appointed with a guest lounge, wi-fi and tea and coffee supplies (including yummy cookies). Breakfasts were generous and delicious, with both hot and cold selections. Our hosts, Gary and Ruth were extremely friendly, and willing to accommodate all our needs and requests, including an early breakfast on our departure day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed at this lovely B&B for 2 nights whilst in Bath celebrating a friend's wedding. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and furnished to a high standard (including very yummy biscuits). The hosts are wonderful, and can't do enough to help. The breakfast is delicious and there is a great selection to choose from, from cooked breakfast to fresh fruit and granola. We will definitely be returning should we find ourselves in the Bath area again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Camden room - superb!

We chose to stay at this B&B for three nights to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary on 10th July because of the excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed with a lovely cup of tea as soon as we arrived. Abbey Rectory is beautifully decorated and very stylish. The rooms are lovely and clean with fresh flowers in all rooms. Our room was the Crescent which had a very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. A big "Thank you" to Gary and Ruth for making our stay special and for the lovely gift and card for our Anniversary. It was much appreciated. They are both extremely friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfasts were outstanding. A wonderful selection of food and all hot food was cooked to perfection. We would not hesitate to recommend Abbey Rectory and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Room Tip: The Crescent was wonderful. I am sure all three are excellent.

We stayed here for two nights with our nine-year-old daughter and it really was as good as everyone says. Our room was the cavendish and it was lovely and clean. The bathroom was lovely with a rain shower. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as home made biscuits. My daughter had a fold out chair bed which she comfortably slept in. The walk into town is about 20 mins and the owner recommended walking down and getting a cab for about five pounds back. However after our evening meal we quite enjoyed the walk back. The breakfasts here are brilliant. I had eggs royale one morning and then barely made a dent in the huge full English the next morning. There are loads of nice touches such as home made muffins and bread as well as jams. Overall would thoroughly recommend and would def return here if I was back in bath

Stayed here for our second night in Bath, arriving from a bigger hotel in the area and have to say that Abbey Rectory surpassed it by a mile. Very friendly hosts, beautifully decorated and comfortable room with an outstanding breakfast to top it off. Thank you very much.

Stayed at the Abbey Rectory for our son's Graduation last week. We can't praise it highly enough; the beautiful decor, amazing breakfast, the attention to detail and warm welcome all combined to make e perfect stay. We just wish we could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. Excellent value for money, we can't recommend it highly enough.

I totally agree with all the other reviews. This B&B is definitely the best I have ever visited. The hosts are very friendly and gave us many recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the rooms are done up with a perfect style.

Room Tip: I loved our room "Camden" very much.
