“Tranquil, picturesque and cosy cottage”
Reviewed 20 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

the location was lovely as the cottage faces a great view of the countryside, you can see into Bath, Bristol and beyond. The cottage was clean, spacious and had everything you need (apart from Wifi although that didn't bother us). Bedroom was good size, comfy bed and bathroom immaculate. Plenty to do locally, whether going on nice walks or jumping on a bus into town. Would highly recommend!

“Stunning views!! Lovely cottage..”
Reviewed 12 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Lovely cottage!! Stunning views, would highly recommend. We had a lovely 3 day break and didn't want to leave. Great place to stay to explore bath. We used the park and ride to travel into bath which was only a short 10 minute ride. Highly recommend visiting the roman baths, sally lunns buns and the thermal bath spas. Thank you George and Helen for a lovely stay.

“Excellent location, fantastic views from a clean and tidy peaceful barn”
Reviewed 20 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

LOCATION: well placed between Bath and Bristol to explore the area. On a bus route.
THE BARN: clean, tidy, well equipped barn, working bath whirlpool which we used and enjoyed. Uninterrupted fantastic views across open countryside. Very peaceful. Warm welcome pack upon arrival, wine and biscuits. Good mobile phone reception, however no Wifi.

THINGS TO DO LOCALLY: Easy for walking. Bath/Bristol disused railway track is close by and great for walks /runs/cycling. Lovely local village pub/restaurant comes recommended. Cheese shop also in the village with cafe attached and plenty to take home to try.
Will plan to return to the barn in the future.

“Lovely peaceful holiday cottage”

We stayed for 3 nights during February and the home was lovely and cosy, with everything we needed there. A welcoming bottle of wine and cakes were a really nice surprise. The location was perfect for what we wanted - a day out in Bath and a day in Bristol, both were very accessible and close by, but the location of these cottages is such that you feel very peaceful and away from the busy cities, with a sweeping view across green fields. We thoroughly enjoyed, thank you.

“Perfect”
Reviewed 5 December 2016 for a stay in December 2016

We stayed in Hare Cottage to visit the Christmas Market in Bath and the surrounding area. The cottage was perfect for my husband & I. George was lovely and we really appreciated the tea, coffee, french fancies and the bottle of wine upon our arrival. The cottage was really warm, although it was pretty cold outside. It was easy to find and perfect for our Christmas shopping trip to Bath. We are planning on staying here again in the future.

“Perfect relaxing break”
Reviewed 29 November 2016 for a stay in November 2016

This cottage is perfect for a relaxing country retreat break, with wide views over the countryside there is nothing to disturb you if you just want to stay in the cottage. But just a 10 minute walk down the lane you arrive at a very friendly pub with good food & drink and also the bus stops to both Bath & Bristol.
