We arrived before our room was ready, but this was not a problem. We were warmly welcomed by Olivia and given all the necessary information about the B and B. We left our car in the car park as advised and walked into Bath, it took around 10 minutes.
On our return, we were greeted, again very warmly, by Paddy, who showed us up to our room as well as offering to carry our bags. We were in room 12.
The whole house was stunningly decorated, it was faultless. The room was bright and airy, but not massive. The bathroom was sparkling and the facilities were top notch. We even had Kit Kats with the hot drinks :)
After a night out in Bath, we returned and slept soundly in the very comfortable bed. The next morning, we ventured down to the breakfast room and we were looked after very well by our waiter. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it.
Overall, a truly wonderful stay, we will definitely be back. Yes, the price is a little more than your average B and B but this is NOT your average B and B! Definitely the best B and B we have ever stayed in. Thank you :)

We shelled out for the deluxe room and were very pleased with it although from what we saw all the rooms looked beautiful! The breakfasts were one of the tastiest we have ever had with very quick efficient and friendly service. The rooms had lovely fully stocked hot drinks trays with choccy bars replaced daily and good quality toiletries for those who like their little luxuries. The staff were very kind and helpful and willing to take time to recommend lovely places to eat, shop and visit. The only small negatives I could think of we're that our room had limited hanging space although it was perfectly fine for a short stay and also that staff are not actually in the building overnight but they do leave a telephone number to contact them with any queries so this is no big deal either. All in all we loved it! Bath is obviously a beautiful location for a mini break anyway but this accommodation really made our stay that extra bit special. Worth the money. We would love to return to this b&b in the future and/or try out its sister b&b also in Bath.

This is a very homely guesthouse with friendly owners and excellent service. The room was very stylish and comfortable with everything you could need. Breakfast was extremely good and there was plenty of choice.

Room Tip: Room 12 (twin) was lovely and had great views of the city.

We stayed overnight as part of travelling around for the weekend. It was a wonderful warm welcome (even though we were early!) and given a map to help us walk around town. Room 3 was lovely. fresh, clean and we loved to modern vintage theme. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better: there was breakfast - the best we have both ever tasted. It was fresh and I would imagine local produce, which I think is important! Fantastic and if we ever go back to Bath we will definitely be going back there.
Eat dinner in town!!!

Lovely B&B. All you could need... clean, comfy, close to town, friendly staff and a-maze-ing breakfasts. What more can I say to fill in and achieve the minimum number of characters required!! 3, 2, 1!

Room Tip: Great view from attic room 12
