Very well presented and well-run establishment. Excellent choice of breakfast from eggs royale to the more traditional full english. Will definitely recommend to anyone and looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for a single night of a two week touring holiday. We deliberately booked smaller places, trying to avoid chain hotels and Grays was a real find; definitely the nicest place we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble and there were thoughtful extras: fresh milk available from the fridge; wine glasses to borrow; kit-kats on the tea tray! The bed was so comfortable with top quality bedding and lovely pillows - my husband googled the brand (using the free wi-fi connection) and is seriously thinking of getting us some. The toiletries were lovely and breakfast was great. For me, from the flatlands of Norfolk, the walk into Bath was a bit of a trek but obviously taxis are plentiful. I loved this hotel and would return any time.

We recently had a two night stay at Grays Boutique B&B. The place was amazing with helpful, friendly approachable staff. The room decor was lovely, we stayed in room 2 which had amazing views of Bath. The breakfast quality and choice was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others and will be staying again in the future if I return to Bath.

Room Tip: Room 2 had amazing views of Bath

Excellent service and customer attitude.
Brilliant breakfast which I couldn't fault.
the only criticism I have of a really comfortable hotel is that the floor covering is very rough (like coconut matting) and you need shoes which I don't like wearing in a bedroom. I suggest the hotel offers slip on shoes as a cheaper alternative to redoing the flooring!

Room Tip: all the rooms I saw - which was about 4 - were very good in terms of decor. Only one has a bath, o...

What a wonderful, charming bed and breakfast! It is located just ten minutes away from the centre of Bath. The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. Very clean and very well decorated rooms (very comfortable bed!). We were recommended by a friend and will not hesitate to recommend it to other friends. I'm sure we'll be back before long, if only for the mouth- watering breakfasts!

Stayed for one night and I was so pleased that Grays was the place I chose for my wife and I to have a break. The house itself is absolutely stunning and everything from the staff welcome to the friendly service and breakfast were all top notch.

We stayed in room 9 which whilst it is the smallest room they offer was more than spacious enough for a one night stay. If and when we return to bath, Grays will be the first place I will try and stay again.

The walk in to bath was pleasant and just close enough but some may feel that it's a bit too far to walk, if that is the case I would suggest that anyone looking to book should check google maps and see for themselves how close it is if they are concerned. Or get a taxi into town which is cheap as chips!
