“Even better than the photos - a lovely, quiet location in Bath for my birthday”
Reviewed 21 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

I arrived first to watch the Tour of Britain and urged my wife to hurry down as soon as she finished work for the weekend. An extremely comfortable converted barn with Little Owls to keep an eye on things! We loved the walk into Bath and the local shops of Widcombe close by. Already looking forward to having another opportunity to visit and stay here again

“Perfect little holiday hideaway”
Reviewed 3 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

we stayed here for a week in June for my girlfriends birthday and despite the grey weather we had a really nice time. The barn is tucked away in a little road not far from the town centre, Jilly the owner was very friendly and stocked the barn with the essential milk and tea! There are some really nice eating places only a walk away, one being the white heart pub which has reasonable prices and are not shy with portion sizes! The Only down side to visiting bath is the parking which will cost you a bomb so take some comfy walking shoes! We would definitely recommend the thermae bath spa which has an open top pool and steam rooms, we have been a couple of times and very pleasant after a day exploring! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

“exceptional accommodation in great location”
Reviewed 27 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Jilly was a very gracious host. The cottage is located in a very private setting within walking distance of Bath. The local pub and restaurants were excellent-no need to go further. Everything about the place was quality and very well thought out. We travel a lot and found this to be one of the nicest places we have stayed in yet. Highly recommended.

“A perfect hideaway within walking distance of city sights”

Little Owl Barn is a cosy cottage close to the centre of Bath (15 mins walk) in Lyncombe area. All pictures reflect the cottage accurately which is of an excellent standard and well furnished and equipped.

Parking outside the front door which is ideal as you don't need to take your car into the city centre.

Jilly, the owner, easy to contact by email and responded quickly and helpfully to queries.

Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return again when next visiting the area. Good location for visiting the outskirts / other parts of Somerset too as you do not need to negotiate the city traffic.

“Warm Festive Stay”

We had a great weekend away in Bath staying at this charming converted barn. It had all the facilities we could ask for and was only a short and pleasant walk from the city centre.
