A very new, smart and comfortable premier inn. Super comfy beds as usual with premier inn. Breakfast was self service which when travelling with children is preferable. Food was of a good quality and kept us going all day. Two gripes: no car parking; door to adjoining room(noise disturbance in morning)

We just left the hotel after staying there for three days and I can't wait to give a feedback. On arrival check in was easy and efficient. The team was really friendly and accommodating especially Melvin, he was very helpful when we are asking where is the best place to go around site seeing around the area and nearby town. Also the Duty Manager Eunice, she was very knowledgeable give us an advice where to park for free and although is quiet a walk but we save a lot of money for the parking, thank, to her. We can greatly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for two nights at the end of March and the location was ideal. Easy walking distance from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We travelled by car and there is a drop-off point for you at the back of the hotel and a secure, if a bit pricey, car park only five minutes walk away.
In the same block there is a Weatherspoon's, a cinema and Nandos if you don't want to go far at night, but there are plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The room was a good size, well-equipped and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast here on one of the mornings and it was good. No complaints at all.

A convenient and comfortable hotel from which to explore Bath. The warm welcome from the staff is what my wife & I have come to rely on from this hotel chain. It is close to theatre, cinema and restuarants, and is within easy walking distance of the abbey and thje Roman baths.

On arrival check in was fast and efficient, our room was beautiful, beds very comfortable, extra towels and hair dryers were brought to us immediately. We got up for breakfast early as we were entering a competition with choir and needed to leave early. We waited to be seated as nobody was about to meet us, eventually a young girl appeared and seated us telling us we had to order breakfast as the buffet service had not started, she disappeared, we went to get coffee to find the coffee beans had run out in machine, nobody about, I ended up banging on the kitchen door to get some attention! She filled the machine, we got our coffee, it was cold! Something wrong with machine! Eventually we got to order breakfast, it arrived, it too was cold! Nobody to tell as all staff had scarpered, at £8.25 it wasn't good, we all went to Wetherspoons next door on the Sunday as it was £3.39 there, so they lost out on over £150, we did go in for evening meal which was a planned booking and I have to say that although service wasn't brilliant, my Camembert starter and steak were lovely. This hotel would be great if they sort out their staff, we will be returning next year and hopefully they will have got their act together as I believe the hotel only opened in December.

Room Tip: If you are disabled or can't walk far please make sure you get a room near the lift, our room (3...
