“Exceeded All Expectations”

We knew this hotel was a new build and had only been open for a few months, so we expected everything to be fresh and new. What was a complete surprise was the size of our room, it was huge it even had a corner nook with a desk. We were on a high floor which had lovely views of the countryside as well. The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi to drive us to Bristol airport on departure. I really don't think you could get better value for money than the Premier Inn in Bath, it is in a fantastic spot so close to everything.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a view of the countryside

A very nice hotel. Prebook early to get the budget rate because we paid half the price of the other people checking in at the same time as us. When we went to check in the whole computer system had crashed which had never happened before, but the lady helping us was amazing. She handled the situation really well and did her best to still get us checked in as fast as possible.
The rooms are really nice and clean and the beds are really comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything. If you get it for the budget rate it's great but if you are spending a lot of money I would go for a hotel that has a little more character. It is a chain hotel that is the same as a hotel you would stay in the United States, although probably cleaner. But if that doesn't matter to you it is a really nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
The only thing is that we booked a twin room but it was actually a double bed with a really small extra bed in the room. It was still comfortable but not really what was advertised.

-They do hold your luggage for free in a safe room that guests cant access, which is a big plus.
- There is a JD Wetherspoon pub next door called the King of Wessex. Great food! we had it for dinner and breakfast.

After a busy day doing the sights and the bus tour we checked in to a most impressive room - the biggest I've seen to date so well pleased. Ate out but from menu saw it was the very good Dinner, Breakfast and a drink offer for £22.99 which I have enjoyed previously. Parking is the drawback but a short walk finds plenty of places and also for stars in excess of 13 hours. As usual the room and services were all clean and tidy and spotlessly clean and the staff polite and helpful at all times

Room Tip: Ask for room no. 125!!!

Only stayed the one night, but we would have stayed longer if we had the time. New hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Comfortably fitting our family of four with plenty of room to spare. Good breakfast to start the day and very friendly staff. Car parking was a hassle with only 4 hour parking available over the road, and situated next to a pub. Will defiantly stay here again when we return to Bath for a longer visit.

If you want a central location, not expensive, then think about this one. Rooms are OK, decent bathroom. Breakfast was not so good. Shortage of plates, out of croissants, (and no more after about 15 minutes ) - and not enough staff around to sort the problems out

Had a wonderful 3 night stay in Bath all helped by a peaceful hassle free stay in this hotel... Even the cleaning staff were friendly and wished us a good day! Room was gorgeously purple and catered to our every need... Kept our bags before check in time and also after check out until our bus time...
