We stayed at the Apple Tree Guest House for 2 nights in June, and we could not have been happier with our stay. Our room was lovely and cosy, breakfast was delicious, and the location is so convenient with only a 5 min walk into town. Lynsay and Les are fantastic hosts, and they certainly helped to make our time in Bath most enjoyable and relaxing - so thanks again to you both!

We chose Apple Tree Guest House after reading the reviews and were not disappointed. Only 12 minutes walk from the Bath Train Station and an easy walk to town this is in a perfect position. If you are looking for a very comfortable and super clean room in an establishment run by two exhuberant owners then this is the place for you. Huge selection at breakfast with delicious coffee. As we had to depart before the week-end breakfast time an esky was delivered to our room the night before containing all we needed. Les and Lynsey are very knowledgable about the area and more than helpful as to where to find the best Bath Bun. We also enjoyed the evening meals at the Oaks Hotel across the road.

When we arrived at the Apple Tree Guest House I said to my husband, "I'm as happy as a
clam!" We had just spent 6 days at a B & B in London with very restrictive policies, including
a 5% fee to use a credit card, no key access to our room and the same, identical breakfast
each day. Les and Lynsay welcomed us warmly! The room was beautifully decorated and
comfortable. We were able to come and go as we pleased with our room key. The breakfast
menu was varied, including fresh fruit (something not always available at UK breakfasts),
and served up in a most friendly way by Les. We enjoyed all our walks from Apple Tree
into Bath. Our stay here only added to our perception that Bath is one of the loveliest
places on the planet. I consider it a privilege to have visited Bath twice now. We would
not hesitate to stay at Apple Tree Guest House again.

We stayed at the Apple Tree Guest House three times until now and we can highly recommend it! Lynsay and Les ensure that you feel good all around! The rooms are very cozy and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the service is absolutely perfect (we thank Lynsay and Les for saving our dresses ;-)

We are looking forward to our next visit at the Apple Tree Guest House!!!
