The guesthouse is on a quiet street just off a fairly busy road, Les gave us a parking permit on arrival and we managed to get free parking for the whole of the weekend. As the city centre was only a short 5 minute walk away we didn't need to use it again until the day we left! :-) Les and Lynsay were the perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful. And with nice little touches (like chocolate in the bedroom each day) that just made the stay even more special. The breakfast was varied and beautifully cooked and plenty of it! The room was a little on the small side, but as we were out for the majority of the day and evening at the Christmas market, this didn't bother us too much. A great stay in a great B&B!

A friend and I stayed at the Apple Tree to recover from jetlag at the beginning of a recent trip. We went straight there after arriving at Heathrow (coming from Los Angeles), and from the moment Lynsay came out to greet us, we felt right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and both Lynsay and Les took excellent care of us, from tending to my friend's strict dietary requirements to helping us find our way around town. Perfect for anyone traveling to Bath for any reason.

Wonderful little guest house on a nice quiet street but only 5 minute walk to the city center. Never had to use our car and could even return just to use the restroom! This was great as we could come and go from the very busy Christmas Market. Les & Lynsay could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our room was small but functional with everything we needed. Great breakfast with several choices every morning. Highly recommended!

This is the most fantastic place to stay! I wanted to get into Bath early on the Friday to catch the Christmas market before the rush. Lynsey was so very helpful letting us come at 12 and gave us our parking permit and a very informative guide and map of the city. What a lovely kind family Les and Lynsey are! My 8 year old daughter didn't stop talking about Lynsay and how lovely she was!! Room was clean cosy and just what you need after a days shopping. Breakfast was fantastic and Les is a great "waiter"!!! There is nowhere I would rather stay when I visit again! Thanks guys! X

We needed a place to relax for a few days to get ready for a busy business meeting in London. The Apple Tree was perfect: welcoming, quiet, an easy walk into town. Breakfast was especially good: very fresh and plentiful. Loved our stay.

We had a very nice stay at the Apple Tree Guest House. The proprietors were both very nice and helpful, the location was very convenient and quiet. Rooms not "fancy" but very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good - even filled up my 16 year old boys! Would stay here again for sure.

My wife and I stayed recently at the Apple Tree Guest House for an autumn break. Les and Lynsay were both very welcoming and described what to see and do in Bath. The guest house is a short walk from the centre of town, yet it's very quiet. The bedroom was cosy and well-presented and the breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely return the next time we're in Bath.
