I visited to celebrate my 30th Birthday with friends and parents. The B&B was so close to town it was perfect.
The rooms were clean and tidy with little extras that made me smile like Dairy Milk Chocolate Bars.
The hosts were really friendly and made us feel so welcome, even remembering each of our names and asking us each morning if we had enjoyed the previous day and what had we gotten up to. Nothing was a problem for them and on request we had ice buckets full of ice to cool our bubbly whilst getting ready to go out.
Guides on how to get around and where to eat were given and breakfast each morning was cooked to order and fresh.
Will definitely tell people about this one and if I arrange to come back with family this will be the first place I will look for to stay. Thankyou

Guesthouse is lovely - rooms are nice and comfy, it's only a 5 minute walk into Bath City Centre, a wide range of breakfasts are available, and Les & Lynsay are such great hosts! Would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone thinking of visiting Bath.

I recently stayed in this guesthouse with my boyfriend. Les and Lynsay were great hosts offering good advice on where to eat out and things to do in Bath. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked with a good choice. The rooms were warm, very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay at this guest house.

Les and Lynsey really made us feel welcome and were nothing but helpful with any questions/problems we had. Their knowledge of the area is brilliant. Room was clean and comfy and came with everything described on the website. Breakfast was yum. The whole Bath experience was fab, definitely recommend and worth the money. This is a top B&B.

My daughter, sister and I were visiting Bath for the first time and booked the Apple Tree Guest House having seen it advertised in the Bath Tourist Board Guide. From the moment we booked until the morning we left, the service was absolutely first class. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bar of chocolate on the tray was a touching addition. Breakfast was amazing as was the knowledge of the couple, who were extremely helpful and very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed at the Apple Tree Guest House for the night before my Wedding. Les and Lyns were very helpful and we had a very nice stay and a good time on the morning before the wedding.

A lovely breakfast and nice rooms to get ready in.

Stayed for valentines weekend, Sunday13th and Monday 14th.
On arrival Sunday afternoon is was torrential rain but Lynsay welcomed us and made us a cup of tea. She went on to help us book a restaurant for the evening and ordered us a taxi, 'Consider it done..' she said, and it was!
The house was clean and really well furnished, the room was very comfortable. Lots of drinks and bars of chocolate too.
Breakfast was great, well cooked and plenty of choice. Les was very friendly, helpful and quite comical too.
In a nutshell, a friendly well run establishment. Clean and smart and on street parking with a permit(supplied). Very convenient to City Centre within 10 mins walk.
Would definately recommend as one of the best guesthouses we have stayed in. Bath itself, lovely city.
