The pizza bike in the garden on a Sunday is amazing. Best pizza base I've ever had and really reasonably priced.

Great pub and good atmosphere. But be warned, it's the clientele that make it what it is. The staff are bloody awful. Too cool for school comes to mind. Don't let that put you off. Go in, get your drink and enjoy the buzz of DJ and live music. Just go with your friends. That way you can avoid going to the bar more than once...

a proper pub with good beer and great music. A great alternative to the faceless chain pubs all over the city.

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the music was great! It was crowded and hot inside, but after the music set we found our way to a backyard garden courtyard that was easy going with pizza and picnic tables and great people watching. Go here for a beer and some live music.

This has been a great pub for live music for many years but almost closed before being bought by the community with help from local music artists amongst others.
It has a good selection of beers at a reasonable price.
It is a bit of a spit and sawdust type which may not appeal to everyone and does attract a variety of clients but the beer is always very good. I think there were 7/8 available today. I try to get there a few times ayear.
I always use the bar but there is a large room attached and a garden.
