This was the first time I have stayed at Pilgrims and I can honestly say I would not wish to stay anywhere else in Glastonbury when I return! Everything about it was excellent including the owners the lovely couple Claire and Brian! Their cat Dexter is also amazing, I spent some precious moments with him in the lovely peaceful garden! I cannot recommend this place highly enough so you need to go and find out for yourselves. A magical three days, I can't wait to go back!

We spent our honeymoon at Pilgrims, following a very happy stay last summer. Lived up to all our expectations; lovely comfy bed; fab power-shower and bath; peaceful 'chillout' space in the garden, great breakfasts and - above all - stimulating company. Despite being inundated with visitors, airport runs for guests returning home from the Goddess Festival etc, Clare and Brian found time to make us feel special. For anyone else who would prioritise 'home comforts,' simple and delicious food and great company over 'glitz,' Pilgrims is great. Oh, and Dexter helped me not to miss my cats too much :)

Stayed for 3 nights, what can I say ....... Brilliant.

Nice quiet location, but only a short walk into town.

Fantastic breakfast offered cereals fruit juices and the full English plus vegi opinions.

Room large and spotlessly clean tea and coffee making facility, with a lovely bathroom.

I recently stayed at Pilgrims with a tour group in June/July 2013.
Clare and Brian were welcoming to everyone in our group and really took the time to get to kow us as individuals.
I really enjoyed the friendly discussions we had around the dining room table at breakfast.
The rooms are comfortable and the entire property makes you feel very relaxed.
I left Pilgrims feeling like I had made two new friends. I haven't stopped telling all of my friends about Clare and Brian and their wonderful hospitality and I am very keen to get back to Glastonbury and stay with them again.

Room Tip: There's not a bad room in Pilgrims, however if you have a heavy suitcase you might want to ask f...

Our group recently stayed at Pilgrim's in June/July. It is truly a home away from home. My room, the Rhiannon Room, was located on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom just right. A kettle and tea and coffee was really appreciated too. Clare and Brian are kind and attentive hosts and nothing is too much trouble. I am definitely returning when I can and will look forward to a welcoming "meow" from Dexter, Clare and Brian's gorgeous (and intuitive) cat!

Im just back from a short stay in Avalon and at the Pilgrims. It was a home from home. It was really nice to stay somewhere where you feel free to come and go as you please, where you are treated like a member of the family and where the communal breakfasts are a genuine treat. I felt really well cared for and important- which in a b and b is a funny thing to say- however I felt like my presence mattered. Clare and Brian are lovely people, and they cook a mean breakfast also!
Definitely be back!

Once again a lovely stay at what we think of as our "home away from home"
Staying at Pilgrims always leaves us feeling relaxed and well rested even if our time is filled with activities.
This time was no difference, despite there being more people staying than ever before, Claire handled very thing brilliantly and made (I think) everyone feel welcome and valued
