We stayed in the Hotel for a few nights over New Year and had a very agreeable time. We were in the Henry VIII room at the front of the buliding which had a very comfortable four poster bed. On old years night we attended the gala dinner in the hotel restautrant where we enyoyed quality dinning in a friendly cosy environment. We retired to the Bar to enjoy the fine local bitters and welcomed in the New Year with a smile and dancing in front of the log fire.
This Hotel`s USP is the fact that it has lot's of history and is located in an unconventional town. Some might say that Glastonbury itself is mumbo jumbo central but if you want a quite unique place to stay where the kitchen cooks fresh local produce, give it a go.
As for the ghosts, I saw and heard nothing.
