A life altering experience

This extraordinary place infused me with deep history and vibrations that opened up new awareness I hardly knew were there. The stories of time, legends of people, mystical wisdom flowing in each of the sites, as well as the ongoing life there. Tor is just the person, along with his amazing dog Sage, to guide everyone to their own heart that opens in this magical land.

Myth and fact packed

Unassuming Mr Tor provided a really interesting tour of Glastonbury, expensive but recommended. A reasonable degree of fitness is required as a lot of walking climaxing with climbing/walking the actual Tor.

Thank you Tor for an unforgettable week. You took the time to really make this magical country side come alive. Along with all the major sites, like Stonehenge, Woodhenge, the Tor, Avebury (which you enriched as you shared history, archaeology, ceremony, legend, and ley lines), you took us to little-known, off the beaten track places, introduced us to 3000 year old trees, the moors, a sacred waterfall, and all along we stopped at wonderful places to eat, places I would never have found otherwise. You were generous with your time, your knowledge, and drove us safely along all those tiny back roads. Thank you.

Tor's Tour- Our Experience of a Life Time

If you ever have the pleasure of being in Glastonbury UK you will surely want to take a tour with Tor. Glastonbury is a fascinating town and Tor has so much knowledge of all the history no matter which history you are interested in- old British history, religion or the mystic and magic of the town. He happily answers any questions. With Tor you feel very comfortable from the start and he navigates the tour and through the town really well. Through the town people know him and he has lots of friends. You will love his sense of humor. He will go at your pace stopping for you to take lots of pictures and is truly concerned you get the tour/experience you want. My two daughters and I took the one day tour of Glastonbury and Tor was kind enough to take me the next day to see the old oaks Gog and Magog. Sage, his trusty helper guide, is usually always with him. She is the sweetest most trained dog ever. She is a true joy and makes the tour even more enjoyable. We were fortunate enough to also go on Tor's Stonehenge/Avebury tour. It's a great day out and the above still applies. Again Tor is so knowledgeable. Take any of Tor's tours and you will learn a lot and have a great time. We had three wonderful days and feel blessed to have met Tor and Sage. If we could we would do it all again.

Fantastic day tour of mystical Glastonbury

Our day tour of Glastonbury proved to be one of the major highlights of our trip to the UK. Tor was out of town, so our tour was conducted by Manon Tromp. She took us to to all of Glastonbury's attractions including ones that we never would have found or discovered on our own. Manon is very down to earth. She has a beautiful, grounded energy and you couldn't help but feel wonderfully at ease with her. There is something for everyone on this tour, no matter what your personal tastes or beliefs.

There is a lot of walking on this tour but not too much for the average person. By the time we stopped for lunch and spent time at the various sites, the day had just flown by!

Our thanks go to Manon for the wonderful tour and to Tor as well for arranging such a wonderful guide.
