Good facilities and service but I did not have the "good night sleep" that the hotel guaranteed. I stayed in room 12 and was woken up twice by footsteps of the guest above me. The ceiling/floor needs additional noise insulation. A pity because all other aspects of your hotel: efficiency, look, service, restaurant and food I found good.

Stayed at Premier Inn Glastonbury in a family room with 2 children. Room was a good size and nice and clean with air con. The beds were really comfy and rooms had everything needed. The breakfast in the adjacent brewers fayre was great especially good value as kids under 16 eat free with every adult breakfast. The meal in the evening, although the adults meals were nice, we did complain about childrens dry and burnt chicken which was eventually replaced but by this time the kids were very tired and just wanted to go to bed. We ate elsewhere the next night. Overall great hotel in good location for visiting nearby attractions.

Visited the same time last year and the service was even better. Very helpful staff, took care of us with the baby, everything we requested was done and the room was also spotless. Special mention to Olly in the restaurant, really helpful and welcoming .......couldn't do enough to ensure we had a nice evening

The staff are really friendly and provide a warm welcome. I had just had an operation and the staff went the extra mile to help with this. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep despite being near the door in room 1. The people up above were slightly heavy footed but this is no reflection on the staff or hotel. There is a bit of traffic noise as it is located on a main road. The breakfast at the brewers fayre was a bit chaotic. A bargain at £39. I have booked to stay again

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good value for money. We were leaving before breakfast started for a cycling event and the staff even arranged for the breakfast to be served early. Easy parking. Pub next door.

Clean tidy rooms, friendly service and comfy bed. Perhaps a little overpriced for one night at £114 for a family room (not including breakfast), but it was a bank holiday weekend and a last minute booking so this may explain it.

Stayed here at this relatively new Premier Inn for two nights and it is a very nice place to stay and even though it is close to the main road and some industrial units it remains quiet inside. The rooms are air conditioned which is nice as it makes sleeping much more comfortable when it is warm. As usual the rooms are exactly the same as all Premier Inn's so you know that you will get a comfortable room and a decent nights sleep. There is a Brewers Fayre alongside the hotel and the food seems to be quite good and the prices reasonable. Will stay here next time we visit Glastonbury.
