The restaurant is a budget restaurant so service is not what you should expect from a full service sit down restaurant. The food was good and huge portions. The staff were friendly and food delivery service was excellent. My reservation, booked online through the hotel, was ready when we arrived and it was a convenient place to eat. We had breakfast and dinner here and both were good. The menu has an excellent selection of pub food and caters for various people. They provide high chairs for babies and have a kids menu.

You can't fault the brewers fayre for the breakfast! Children eat free with a full paying adult, which is great! Fresh full breakfast with decent sausages. Eggs are fried but it's great as they will cook pouched to order. Lots of choice of cereals and unlimited costa coffee. The let down is the lack of fresh fruit, some appears to be out of a tin, but let's be honest we go for the full breakfast, the crumpets , pastries and coffee. Think the quality is excellent for what you pay. The place is very clean, and the staff on a whole are friendly. Some staff could do with a better smile but again they most probably get paid minimum wage and catering for lots of people. As breakfast is self service...be your own waitress and smile at your self!

For the money for breakfast it's worth it!

Just come back from Brewers Fayre Glastonbury it seems all Brewers Fayre are on a par as far as the lack of hot food is concerned firstly when the meals arrived the chips and the peas were cold when we spoke to the waitress ?? The meals were taken away only for them to be brought back with cold steaks - onion rings - sausage and egg. Perhaps I expect to much when ordering hot food ???

My partner and I have dined here on multiple occasions as it is reasonably priced and close to where we live. While the price is relatively cheap it is understandable to not expect the quality of food available from more expensive pubs/restaurants; however, with each visit this establishment and it's food has become more and more sub-standard. Our most recent visit was well and truly terrible with only 4 tables filled we did not expect a wait of over 45 minutes for our food, within minutes of asking one of the employees to chance up our order we were both utterly disgusted with the food we received with meat being undercooked yet dry and the rest of our food being cold. After recieving our meal we were unable to attract the attention of any staff members as they were too busy talking and flirting with their friends.. As if this wasn't enough the presentation of the employees was equally as poor with poorly fitting clothes exposing parts of their bodies to put anyone off of their food. Overall the food and service of this place is terrible and shall never be dining here again.

Having already been deeply dissapointed before after my soup.order slipped through the net I decided, with a friend, to re visit and try and get a soup this time. We sat down and browsed the menu, ordered our drinks and two soups. Then we waited.. and waited..30 minutes later I went up to ask about our order. Which had again got lost. Now it want busy (Sun eve) there was one other table of four.. and two lads cleaning all the tables.. so what is going on here? An apologetic waiter came out and we settled into our soup. The ox tail soup looked good and apparently tasted good but my tomato soup, although piping hot was tasteless and watery. on the plus side the staff, although useless were friendly. The food I guess is also useless but looks good.. never ever again.
