These recent defamatory comments are connected to a bogus review posted on 29/9 and are currently being investigated by TripAdvisor.

The problems described do not exist at our fine establishment and
we are consistently praised by our valued guests for the excellent service and
amenities that we provide.

We've received a breakfast award for our delicious cuisine and take great pride in
maintaining a clean, modern, safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.

We trust that the public will be able to see through this lame attempt to cause damage to our business and excellent reputation as the longest serving family run Bed and Breakfast in Glastonbury.

We warmly welcome visitors from all over the globe to discover the lovely Little Orchard B&B and enjoy all the wonders of Glastonbury!

Having had the misfortune of staying little orchards I can say with complete confidence I will never stay here again!!!!!
The bed linen was dirty and the bed had seen better days before Churchill had died!!!!!
The room looked like the had be fitted out from the throw aways from a charity shop.
It is not much to expect a warm welcome, but don't expect it here as owners are never around.... I can say the bathroom was excellent but impossible to use when required. The tea and coffee in the rooms were never restocked and breakfast was more salvation army than £40 a night everything must have been purchased from the budget range when cheap but good quality is so easy to get these days why cut corners. The location is dangerous if you have youngish children as walking home in the evenings it is very close to a fast main road that has a narrow pavement and is unlite.
In general having stayed in may other of Glastonbury's fine bed and breakfasts this one would be one I would avoid at all costs.

Little Orchard is a nice family B&B. Anna & Brian (owners) were very helpful and friendly. The location is app 15 minutes walk from the town center, but close to the Tor. Glastonbury is amazing city and Brian was able to explain us a lot about the history. Breakfast was very tasty as well and they were able to make classical English breakfast as well as vegetarian or vegan version. Rooms and bathrooms were always very clean.

This place is really a good place to stay. Near to the Tor, in the center of an area (Vale of Avalon) where there is a lot to experience, good energy! The owners are vey friendly, carefull, looking after your needs.
The outside view at both sides is, each in it's own perspective, fenomenal.
Fresh breakfast, compsed to your wn wishes, very nice.
I'll be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Little Orchard! The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and inviting. I stayed for two nights and slept really well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious. The hosts were incredibly helpful, sweet, and gracious. I couldn't have asked for a better B&B to stay at all! The breakfast was delicious and sitting in the breakfast room, looking out the window to see the gorgeous garden below and the Mists of Avalon outside if you will...well, that is something to be experienced! The walk to town is about fifteen minutes, and the view is phenomenal. I could also walk to the Tor and the Chalice Well Gardens from here. Great B&B! I highly recommend Little Orchard! I look forward to visiting again.

The view of the wale from every window, roses on the walls and wonderful hosts, fullfilling any wish...
Our two princesses (4 and 7) enjoyed their stay so much, that they asked to stay longer. The spacious room included a bunkbed for the girls. The morning-walk from the B&B to the Tor was very rewarding. Our breakfast took us 2 hours, as there was so much to taste and to chat about.
We highly recommend this place.
