“Inns in Glastonbury ”

An fantastic self catering apartment, economical but luxurious, a Warm welcome, home from home. A sacred space, the rooms are bright and modern, with kitchen facilities, TV & DVD combo, wi fi, a cozy place to stay in the centre of Glastonbury but a serene retreat from the world. Perfect for business, a retreat or even a overnight stay before flying from Bristol as it's only 35 minuets from the airport. Sebb and his team are doing an amazing job!

Firstly let me say that as part of my job I stay all over the UK and Europe, mostly in hotels and have experienced everything that the hotel trade can throw at you. I stayed at Parsnips with my wife for one night recently. If you want to know what service, hospitality and truly imacculate accomodation should be, then stay at Parsnips. Lynda and Lloyd are extremely generous, warm and friendly hosts. On our arrival Lynda welcomed us with a cup of tea and provided us with lots of local information and immediately made us feel welcome. The next morning the breakfast was fantastic, served with total attention to detail in their beautiful conservatory using really tasty local produce.
We stayed in a room on the front of the house, overlooking the road. Absolutely no road noise whatsoever, very peaceful nights sleep. If you are looking for a ballroom for a bedroom then perhaps you need to look further afield and stay in one of the faceless impersonal hotel chains. If however, you would like to experience truly exceptional hospitality, pristine decour and a level of cleanliness that would make the most expensive show home look like a hovel , then give Parsnips a try, you definitely wont regret it.
I dont know how often I will be passing through Glastonbury in the future, but I know exactly where I will be staying if I need accomodation.

We stayed at the self catering apartments in the centre of Glastonbury. They are in a superb location and the accommodation was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Totally functional. Great value for money. The owners were really helpful. Cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely return soon.

We have stayed at various hotels in Glasto, as we travel back a lot as my husband used to live there, but this is the cleanest, friendliest, best, by far - seriously I am OCD about clean - and Lynda keeps her rooms show home ready. Breakfast is lovely - all home cooked, fresh and Lynda and Lloyd couldnt do more for you. Home from Home, and we have stayed there numerous times, I think over 4 years but wouldn't go anywhere else. Parking is very easy too, which can be a problem for others - parking in the back garden. Cant say a bad word. Thank you Lynda and Lloyd. Hayley xxxx

Immediately on arrival the welcome was fantastic. Linda greeted us with a welcoming cup of tea and biscuits. The whole property is scrupulously clean. I was in twin bedded room which was very clean and I had the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The breakfast menu has a lot of choice. I had fresh fruit to start which was really fresh. Breakfast was well cooked with fresh food. Also on arrival was given a choice of time when we would like breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for Linda and Lloyd. What a lovely couple. I will certainly be returning.

Room Tip: We had two of the four rooms and both were perfect. I think you would be happy with any of the roo...

My friend and I have just spent two nights in Linda and Lloyds twin bedded room, well if I just said it was perfect that just sums it up! The beds were the best I have ever slept in and everything works, the shower of which I'm not normally a fan, was excellent! Super host and hostess and wonderful breakfast. Linda even helped with keeping me on my low fat diet without me feeling I was missing out on her lovely food! I can't recommend Parsnips highly enough, your every whim catered for! Linda you made our stay a great one, a treasure in Glastonbury, thank you from Dee and Denise X

Room Tip: Our room overlooking the garden was lovely and bright with two windows.

A perfect stay every time - just the right balance of welcome (which is always very warm!) and privacy. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast is the best I've sampled, having visited many other B&Bs and hotels in the UK. Thank you so much. I look forward to returning, hopefully before too long... X
