Hi there, Thanks so much for taking the time to review your stay with me at The Townhouse. It was a delight having you to stay and it seems that you enjoyed staying as much as I did having you stay. I hope your journey back was good and that you will come and visit again when you are down this neck of the woods.

Best regards

Greg

I stayed here for two nights on a solo trip to see the sights of Glastonbury and the surrounding countryside. It met my needs perfectly. The location is ideal - two minutes walk and you're right in the middle of Glastonbury. If small cafes and unique shops aren't what you're after, then head the opposite direction and there's a Tesco / Subway / KFC etc in a retail park only ten minutes walk away. Alternatively, Morrison's is across the road!

The room I booked was comfortable, clean, well decorated and of a high quality. Sure there's a little road noise, but it's not anything to be bothered by, nothing more than what the average home has!

Greg is a great host, very friendly, helpful with the local attractions, and a good cook to boot! I highly recommend the full English breakfast!

I'd highly recommend a stay here. If I was going back anytime soon, then I'll be staying again.

Room Tip: Any of the rooms will be fine, though as with all houses, rooms at the back will always be quieter.

Hello,

So pleased you enjoyed your trip to the west country, you certainly packed in a lot of sightseeing and it was great catching up over breakfast about your whirlwind tour of the county.

Glad you liked my breakfasts, its something you need before setting out for a busy day.

Hope to see you again if you decide to re-visit some of our great local sights

Best regards

Greg

Just stayed three nights at The Glastonbury Town House with a girlfriend. The Town House is in a great location just a few minutes walk into town and the sights to see with free parking. The house is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and comfortable and bright. Greg made everything perfect from the start of our stay to the end. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Room Tip: Although we stayed in the twin room at the front of the house facing out to the road the noise was m...

Stayed for 2 nights at the Glastonbury Townhouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Greg was the perfect host who couldn't do enough for you. As mentioned in previous reviews, the room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming and the location perfect, within walking distance of the major attractions and town centre .
We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend to any future guests.
Thank you Greg.

Hi Both,

Thanks for the lovely review. I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay with me here at The Townhouse. Its such a joy to receive such a nice review as it makes it all worthwhile. I really hope to see you again if you visit Glastonbury.

I will have to reacquaint myself with Barry as I miss the greasy spoon on the prom and the blustery days in winter walking along the cliffs.

Best regards

For the first time we have just stayed 2 nights at the Townhouse in Glastonbury and found Greg to be such an accommodating and welcoming host with his spotlessly clean rooms and guest house. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and piping hot all served with a smile!
We will definitely return for another stay when we are next in the area.

A lovely, large townhouse with excellent access to the town. The room was very comfortable and clean although the bathroom was a little small. We felt very welcome and the breakfast was delicious in the lovely dining room.
