“nostalgic !!”
Reviewed 29 September 2013

I took a friend for lunch here prior to going to the cinema and as we turned the corner I saw it was no longer where I had been before! dismayed we walked into Wells and 100yds up the road we spotted the 'new' shop.....now it's a bit smaller and they had only just re opened but the food was as good as ever, oh and those cakes, not a calorie amongst them ,yeah right....ha ha !!!
lovely quirky tea rooms with lovely friendly staff. Carry on the good work !

“4D+little 4D @ Queenies”
Reviewed 23 June 2013

Many places in wells for a bru but not a patch on this place , myself and my daughter went in to see if the hot chocolate was to her standard and it was .toppers with marshmallows all served up in a nice little cup and saucer .
We sat outside in a lovely quiet little courtyard enjoying no cars passing, lovely friendly service .
Go try for yourself.

“A little gem!”

Really yummy cakes, friendly people and a truly delightful little cafe. You can also buy a "suspended" coffee which is a lovely idea.

“Lovely cafe!”
Reviewed 20 April 2013

Came in with a group of friends and treated ourselves to some delicious homemade cakes, and the best coffee in wells by far! We were also able to sit outside in the sun which was a bonus as not many cafes in Wells have outdoor seating. Staff were very friendly and quick service! Perfect for if you want something a bit different from the standard Starbucks and other high street coffee shops. Will definitely be coming back to try out a 'posh toastie' which look absolutely divine!

“Excellent food and lovely people”
Reviewed 14 April 2013

We stopped in Wells on our way to Cheddar and dropped into Queenies for breakfast. The food was really good, the service fast (we had a bus to catch in less than half an hour) and the lady who served us was wonderful. We left our rucksack behind by mistake and she ensured we got it back on our way back from Cheddar. Certainly worth having a meal/tea/coffee here if you are in Wells.
