This is a beautiful little house situated in a quiet courtyard. The photographs do not do it justice! It's location is perfect for exploring Wells on foot. The car parking space was exactly as described and fitted our medium sized hire car. Lesley, the owner was a delight to deal with and kindly fulfilled all of our requests. I would highly recommend this house.

This is our 2nd visit to this excellent property, and again we were not disappointed it's central location just off the high street and within a short walk to the impressive Wells cathderal and bishops gardens as well as local shops and restaurants.make it an excellent place to stay, the property is both modern and homely and fits in with character of the City of Wells.
I am very fussy and particular and do not give good reviews lightly! Perfectly situated in the the centre of Wells near to shops, sites and restaurants. Tight parking space - probably not suitable if you have a large car and/or not comfortable with doing about a 6 point turn!
Clean and modern kitchen with tea/coffee/dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll provided. Comfy sofas and nice to see they had a Blu-Ray Player (even though the remote was missing which rendered it useless). Shower room is a little impractical being in the eaves, but it was still useful to have two rooms. Comfy beds - only one minor complaint - it would have been nice to have a king-sized bed instead of a double. My 9 year old daughter loved her room with big wardrobe space and also loved the big window sills. All in all a great property and would certainly recommend it to friends.
This was a new property in excellent condition and immaculately clean. Much thought has gone into planning and equipment for the property as there is everything you need for a perfect stay. I received great communication with the Owner and have already suggested to friends to take a look online at this property. The tourist information leaflets were very useful. Once outside the property it was only a minute walk onto the high street where there are lots of coffee shops. Would recommend the Crown in Wells for a good evening meal especially the Steak and Sea Bass. The Cathedral is close by and so is Bishops Place and Gardens which are worth a visit. By car Cheddar Gorge is worth exploring the views are breath taking alongside the caves. I shared this property with my Husband and our 11 year old.

Lesley and Stewart have carefully anticipated their guests' needs in this lovely townhouse. The home features a well-appointed kitchen, a bright and comfortable living room with a television and two sofas, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The beds and linens were comfortable. In addition, the home has a private parking spot in the heart of Wells, a rare find.
The home is immaculately maintained and located in a quiet street minutes from cafes and restaurants and shops and grocery stores. We enjoyed calling this our home for six days and look forward to our next trip to Wells.

A great property in the beautiful city of Wells in Somerset, with all the amenities of home. Centrally located with a good choice of eating options nearrby a good base for exploring all that Somerset has to offer, would recommend the George Inn at Croscombe for good traditional pub fare.

Beautifully presented cottage that is a bit like a tardis as its much bigger on the inside than you originally think it will be. A real home away from home. Great facilities with good wifi connection. Very centrally located in a small courtyard just off the high street, whilst still being quiet. Very comfortable beds and excellent storage facilities for large suitcases etc. A few stairs to climb from the entrance hallway so may not be suitable if not good with stairs.
Superb property with very efficient owner who responds quickly.
