We arrived after a week in Blackpool and a day in Alton Towers, to be greeted by the receptionist Chris, who was very friendly and great with our children. He made us feel very welcome and was extremley helpful. he recommended the Chinese Buffet (which is just accross the road) This was the best chinese we have ever had they were so friendly, and the food was amazing including the chocolate fountain mmmm.
The room its self was comfortable and clean, we were in a family room with 3 children, I was told that it would contain a sofa bed and a z-bed and the main bed. I thought the sofa bed would have been a double, therefore everyone having space to sleep, it wasn't it was a single. Although not what I thought I had booked it was fine my 2 young boys just topped and tailed.
The breakfast, (which was free for our children) was ok, the cooked food was cold and the beans weren't cooked at all, the bacon was hard and the mushrooms ( which i love) we awful, the selection of all the other food was good with a good choice of drinks as well.
I would reccommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay somewhere cheap and clean and most of all comfy.

This was the closest we could get to Alton Towers so thank god for a sat nav! (about 20 miles)
Have now stayed in 3 Premier Inns. All have been clean modern, welcoming, and pleasant staff. Rooms always spotless, and look new.
Each time we have used the pub next door, for breakfast, and or an evening dinner. The pub next to this Premier Inn is the Shire Horse (a member of the Chef & Brewer chain). It was our first time using a pub in this chain, but the waitress was lovely and friendly. When our 12 year old couldn't make her mind up what to order, the waitress was lovely and paitent.

This is the second time I have stayed at this excellent hotel and I wanted to see if my second experience would be as good as my first - it was!

Comfortable, clean, friendly, big bath - perfect.

Room Tip: All rooms are good. Single women travellers are always given an upstairs room.

The warmth of the welcome was second to none. All the staff in the hotel were polite and courteous (and had a sense of humour!!). The hotel was clean and well maintained and the room comfortable. We even called in for lunch in the way home the following week!!

Pub is very good with some great guest beers on and the hotel is well run as usual.

This is a good hotel with easy access to the M6 The restaurant is good and the staff are friendly. The hotel is just like every premier hotel but at least there are no surprises.
