Stay here for the new year with friends and one again cannot find fault with anything

The staff are very helpful nothing is any problem for them but I must say that Kirsty & Linda were brilliant on New Year's Eve a big thank you to them

The Inn is spotless the food is excellent and very reasonably priced

Well done everyone see you all soon

Room Tip: Top floor always a safe bet

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are very helpful and always have a genuine smile for you. The rooms are OK, like you would expect a typical Premier Inn, some rooms are getting a bit tired especially the bathrooms, the loo flush is very hard to work. I have stayed in several rooms here throughout 2013 and in general they are clean and perfectly adequate. Would like a room safe in the rooms, but that is the only real thing missing.

Stayed here one night for a family birthday party get-together, very comfortable room and bed (119). dinner/party food was good in the hotel restaurant and service was good. The restaurant itself has the feel of a waiting room and would perhaps benefit from a make over. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy and free. The big plus point for this Premier Inn though is its location right next to Trentham Gardens and a shopping outlet centre also close to M6 and A500/A50.
