We'd been planning to visit Ford Green Hall for some time and were not disappointed. It is a lovely old building, is well kept and has a very interesting history. It isn't huge so doesn't take long to go round so the kids won't get bored!! Refreshments are available at a reasonableprice. Lots of parking and walking/cycling around the lake nearby. Recommended.

This place is lovely, loads of parking, and cycle and walking paths close by as well. They put lots of events on over the year and hold weddings. We went for a Tudor day on a Sunday recently, the staff and atmosphere were great. The building itself has recently been taken over by a community group. Its steeped in history and well worth a visit.

I've lost count of the number of times we have visited here. It was also the venue for our wedding so it is very special to us.

A cosy little tearoom, staff that are always friendly and helpful and a tudor house very well maintained.

Car park right next to it and nice gardens surround the house.

Lots of interesting features including a herb garden at the rear,

They also have historical theme days throughout the year that are well worth a visit.
