“well worth a visit”
Reviewed 4 July 2012

I have eaten here on a number of occasions and have only ever had good food and good service.

Recently went with a group of six friends. it was the first visit for them, each enjoyed their meal stating it was tasty. A good menu selection. The place is large, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The only negative is that the drinks are on the pricey side.

However it will not be long before we make a return visit.

“Nice little hidden gem”
Reviewed 25 June 2012

We accidently stumbled upon this pub when we were looking for somewhere to eat. The car park is large and the place seemed popular. The menu is slightly more upmarket than your standard pub grub but that's great, it makes a nice change. Although we didn't order desert there was a lot to choose from.

We didn't have problems finding a table but there were quite a few which has reserved cards on them for some reason.

It did take the a while to clear the plates away but it was a busy night and we didn't wait long for food.

“Disappointed”
Reviewed 15 May 2012 via mobile

Arrived on a Tuesday, it was early evening and very quiet. Took 45 minutes for food to arrive, when it arrived it wasn't correct, desserts arrived separately as one missed off ticket. Food very nice, but for the relatively high prices expect more. Staff were a mixture of polite and apologetic or completely uninterested. This place could be amazing but has a few issues it needs to sort out
