We stopped here in a family room with 2 adults and 3 kids.Room was very clean and accommodated the 5 of us really well.Room was very warm but we were supplied with a fan that made sleeping bearable. The pub next door was very good and the prices were also great.£1 for children's deserts. We had the full breakfast in the mornings and that to was really well done and the kids had plenty to eat.Over the bridge there is a large shopping park and lots of places to eat.
We were pleasantly suprised by this premier inn and the location was really good.
Staff were also very pleasant.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and knowledgable of the surrounding area, the restaurant nextdoor was very good although a little expensive, but well worth a visit, drinks were reasonably priced, bar staff very efficient

Comfy bed, flat screen tv, tea/coffee, clean, good shower, friendly staff, I would stay here again.
Liked the personal touches (pillow choice, fan if too hot etc)
Beefeater next door provided good food with a quick service - best banoffee pie EVER!

The thing I do like about Premier Inn is that the standard is across the board; seemingly no matter where you are staying you can expect the same quality of room and service.

The only problem we had with our room at this particular hotel on this particular occasion was the shower which was so week it took me an age just to rinse my hair of conditioner.

However, in all other respects it was spot-on.

When you've stayed with them you receive an email inviting you to leave feedback by way of a survey. Any problems experienced can be detailed on there so they can pick it up and deal with it, even taken your room number (optional).

We have stayed at Premier Inn hotels quite a few times, in quite a few places, and we have always been generally very pleased.

They are a bit pricey (for what you get) when they are full-price, but they do have offers on and if you can get a cheap-rate room, then you're getting real value for money.

Lovely place to have sometime to yourself or with friends.

Had a nice meal in the adjoining pub/restaurant and a good choice of drinks as well.
Nice and quite at night time perfect for a walk around the site and the barrage complex (if not raining). Rooms where spacious and well equipped and all staff were helpful and friendly.
Had a abit of a problem with the internet but wasn't going to use it much.

Room Tip: the best place with a view
