I stayed in the hotel 1/3/14 for 2 nights and what a really enjoyable stay, a very relaxed spacious room with all the consumables and accessories all to hand. The the staff over my stay we're helpful, pleasant and couldn't of done anymore for me, especially Paul, Kayla and Louise who were on the reception at my arrival, aswell as dotting around the hotel doing everything and anything for the other guests. The beef eater beside the hotel does really nice food which a was able to take back to my room.
Comfortable bed and a really homely feel which what any guest would want.

A nice location overlooking the river even in winter and the staff were very polite and helpful. That was it! There was more quality and thickness in the toilet tissue than the towels had. The water was warm in the bathroom and the fittings very worn. I had read from others that rooms were a long distance from reception (an understatement) reception should of been in the middle of the building! No lift, saw people struggling up the stairs with their luggage. Breakfast next door was 'cooked' to order but was stale and tasteless. Would be a last resort to stay again.

Room Tip: ground floor overlooking the river, or first floor overlooking the river if you are fit and not trav...

very good hotel, very comfortable beds, very clean , only downfall is the beefeater next door to the hotel is very expensive for a evening meal, might be better taking a short walk to the ASDA superstore at the back of the hotel and getting something from there, breakfasts next morning which were included with the hotel room were very nice though

We visit this area every few months to visit our daughter at the uni, and this is the first time we have stayed at this particular Premier Inn. We were very happy with our stay here and plan to use this as our regular hotel from now on. The service both in the Premier Inn itself and the adjoining Beefeater was extremely friendly. The hotel is situated in a nice location just across the river from the Queens campus and was nice and quiet in the night. Very comfortable and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Stayed overnight. Room clean staff friendly and welcoming. I found the light over the bed quite bright. It would have been helpful it there was a floor lamp in the corner of the room. Hot water tap broken.
