It is such a shame that The Waiting Room is not closer to us as we love it. We love the atmosphere and the food is just so delicious. We had the enchilada and cashew and spinach curry and both were so tasty, flavours had depth and just made you want to eat it all. Hence we could not manage a pudding and that is a shame as always find them so good. Took my vege daughter for her first time and she declared it her favourite restaurant. My nieces second time and she loves it. Always go home and try and reproduce the recipes.

Can't believe ive never been here in 10 years od being a veggie! It was so so tasty and the atmosphere was lovely. My boyfriend is never ever full and after a shared starter and a main each, he was stuffed! Will absolutely be going back. Staff are extremely friendly too and restaurant is gorgeous

Booked this because it was Veggie and looked like they were really making an effort with the menu. Great, inventive and delicious food - breads are gorgeous (beware - don't eat too much and fill yourself up!)We had the three pates and the 'amuse bouche' to start with - real treat. ROAST BABY AUBERGINE, SQUASH AND YORKSHIRE EWE’S CHEESE TIKKA MASSALA was fabulous (hubby had Butternut Squash and Sun Blushed Tomato SAUSAGES, which were equally delicious). Sticky toffee pud a must to finish. Service lovely, setting 'shabby chic', and really works. Would recommend and return (from Southampton).

this is a minimalist restaurant. furniture is secondhand from a church hall by the looks of it.
food is overpriced & taking advantage of vegetarians.
This was my second visit, both reluctant visits to please friends really.
don't like anything about the place.
had to park my car a fair walk away, no carpark.
