My husband, 16 year old daughter and I stayed here for just one night, but wished it could have been much longer. It's light, airy, clean and lovely, and the spa bath was a nice surprise. The location is perfect for an easy walk down to the foreshore, where we enjoyed a very nice dinner at The Pelican and a stroll on the sand. Aldeburgh village is just gorgeous, and the owners of the guesthouse hit exactly the right note - pleasant, helpful and unobtrusive. I would recommend this B & B to civilised folk everywhere :)

If you enjoy perfection & being spoiled, this is the place! Beautiful, perfectly furnished, immaculate. Fabulous breakfasts. Plus any advice or help you might need from Sue & Pete to make the most of your stay in Aldeburgh.

The best B&B breakfast I've eaten - Hot food made to order to your taste, homemade bread, fresh fruit salad and weekly specials. Pete and Sue were great hosts and local knowledge is excellent. Rooms are spotless and spacious. Will recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and look forward to visiting again!

Not stayed in a B&B before, but if this is the standard they have set the bar very high. The room was immaculate with every convenience. Biscuits with the tea and coffee making facilities, umbrellas, even hot water bottles. Everything was very clean and the room was very tastefully decorated. The breakfast with fresh homemade bread was very much a highlight. Five minutes walk to the beach and high street. I would recomend to anyone thinking of visiting that part of the world and also to those who are not!

Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a luxurious ensuite complete with excellent shower, whirlpool bath and fluffy towels.

Breakfast was a cut above most B&Bs we've stayed in over the years. The ingredients were high quality (including great sausages) and very fresh (especially the mushrooms and the fruit salad).

A bonus for us was that this B&B accepts single-night bookings -- something which isn't automatic in this area at this time of year.

Staying here was a very enjoyable experience and we'll be sure to book again next time we're in the area.

Room Tip: The Blue Room has the whirpool bath.
