we stayed at elm tree farm last weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Everyl and Mel have recently taken over the running of the business and are doing a fantastic job of turning the place around and making it into an upmarket bed and breakfast. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast superb. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome in their home. I would definately return to Elm Tree Farm and would highly recommend it to others.

Chose to stay here as I was working locally in the area. Looks great on the website but was very disapointed when we arrived. The room I stayed in was cold, and had a wet-room bathroom which looked great but then found that several of the floor tiles were cracked so had to be very careful if I wanted to use the shower. The landlady would frequently stand outside my door shouting to one of her regular visitors keeping me up at night. Breakfast room was poorly lit so when we visited early in the year you were eating in poor light. It has been awarded an English Tourism Council Rating of 4 stars but it certainly did not live up to the rating!
