...then lunch here is a 'full filling' experience. An unprepossing entrance with a lift for wheelchairs and push chairs takes you to a large restaurant where everything is selfserve and as much as you can eat. Lunch is £7.20 for adults and £4.25 children. Yes, that's almost as cheap as a burger and chips. But here you can help yourself to crispy duck, satay, chicken, prawn, noodles, rice (and those chips). Profiteroles, ice creams, fruit, cakes - all help yourself. Paper table cloths, bit of a canteen atmosphere but plates whisked away so you can start again! My favourite is a chicken stuffed omellete with Singapore noodles and chilli sauce. You are spoilt for choice. Highly recommended if you're not too fussy about ambience, don't mind helping yourself and in the mood for a really good tuck in.

The food was excellent always being topped up fresh and hot. so much choice and fun trying different things. would definitely recommend this to anyone who is stuck for an idea of a night out. staff friendly and would definitely go back again if in the area.

This buffet if a family favourite a place that is equally as good for quality and quantity for lunch as well as evening. The difference in the evening is that there is more choice and there is shredded duck as well as pork.
This buffet caters for those diners who like the typical 'buffet' food you come to expect from this type of Chinese (chicken balls, satay, beef in black bean sauce) but they also cater for diners who enjoy more authentic Chinese dishes, a particular favourite is the squid dishes and the chicken in yellow bean sauce. They make their deserts fresh each day and every time we go there are usually a different selection of dishes.
This is a very spacious restaurant and caters well for large groups of people. We once celebrated my husbands 30th here and had booked for over 40 people! There is also a lift for those with buggies or unable to use the stairs!
I have recommended this Chinese to friends and family alike and they all agree it is hard to beat for the choice, value for money and the quality of food! a hidden gem in Bury St Edmunds.

Excellent variety of menu. All food hot and freshly prepared. Meal spoilt at very end by arrival of a noisy party but have to expect this sort of lack of respect for other diners in this day and age. Not the situation management could do anything about

I was taken here on Saturday night for my birthday treat my boyfriend, my choice.
The table was booked for 17.45 as the whole party like to eat early.
As per usual the food was delicious and plentiful, there were even some new dishes to try..
We had plenty of time to sit and chat between visiting the food bars several times, we weren't rushed. at all.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly very quick to remove the dirty dishes.
A lovely experience as always
