“its a wood”
Reviewed 24 November 2012

ok for a walk in the woods with trees, you can find one all over the world, be warned though there is a chance your dog will pick up ticks from the deer and a virus in the autumn months

“Great open location close to Bury St. Edmunds”
Reviewed 13 October 2012

King's Forest is a huge open expanse located a 15 minute drive from Bury St. Edmunds with miles and miles of trails. You can walk for hours and never go back over your steps. Because it is so open and so big, you can easily let your dog off the leash without fear of running into too many people. All paths are very well established and the only issue you may have is getting lost.

“Open air walks”
Reviewed 4 August 2012

This forest is on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds and Elvedon. Lots of parking, and walking to your heart's delight. Plenty of space for kids to run around in and dog walking.

Downsides are no littler bins (at lest could not find any), no where for a drink.

“great place to walk and excercise dogs and horses”
Reviewed 25 June 2012

We drive 10 miles to walk our dog here. There is acres of space, very, very rarely do we meet anyone. Our dog can run free off the lead. The cycle paths are great too.
Often see horse boxes, but you have no need to go near them as you can drive further up the road, and find another 'gate' to park at and explore.
