Hoping so much that the right owner buys it. This is a charming place with a young cheerful staff guided by the wonderful Pat Church who's served it so faithfully. We like the buzzing atmosphere of the cafe and the delicious burgers.
We like the fact that the cinema is an Arts cinema with direct streaming of ballets, operas, plays from the national Theatre too.
Long may it continue!

Super seats ,pleasant staff. Good coffee in the cafe beforehand. I do hope this cinema is allowed to continue as you can see all the latest films in comfort

The last time that I went her was about 10 years ago. Since the it's had a makeover and is now more of an Arts Centre, rather than a cinema. Excellent restaurant, well stocked bar, and efficient and friendly staff.
Such a contrast to the modern cinema "multiplexes"
Try it... You'll be surprised

Brilliant cinema, great food and bar. Friendly staff and very clean and tidy. The menu is all locally sourced and of a high quality. Great town centre location and a good selection of films which range from art house and indie to family and kids.
