Proper tea and nice coffee. The vegetarian quiche was lovely and the eggs benedict likewise. Croque madame was great with nicely poached egg. Cheese and ham croissant super. All came with nice salad including cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives and artichoke hearts. Pleasant, friendly waitress.

The Patisserie Valerie chain consistently good - but often lack atmosphere. Staff friendly. Coffee and cakes - especially raspberry tarts are delicious. The Buty St E one has air conditioning - but a little dark inside. The Cambridge one full of light, but no air conditioning so gets very hot - even in winter!!

Took my mum here for an afternoon drink, we a pot of suki tea each and scones with jam and cream. The service was fast, the staff attentive and the food and drink was very tasty! The tea was so nice I bought my own suki teapot shortly after. Well worth an afternoon visit.

Whilst on holiday called here on 2 occasions, firstly for Afternoon Tea for 2. This consisted of 3 warm scones between us with a choice of jams, butter, cream and pot of tea - very tasty. On the second occasion we went for lunch, which again was excellent. On each occasion we couldn't resist coming away with several of their 'to die for' pastries. Scrummy.

We popped in yesterday on a visit to Bury St. Edmunds. We were looking for somewhere to have a nice cup of tea/coffee and a slice of cake, and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We ordered cream tea for two, for which you get 1 1/2 warm scones each, 6 small pots of jam, butter & clotted cream & a pot of tea of your choosing. It is leaf tea, so is served in an infuser pot. We also had a cappuccino & a slice of the most delicious cheesecake. To be honest I think whatever cake you chose would be delicious and the meals looked wonderful too. We will definitely be popping in again on our next visit to the area
