“Great way to eat...!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 November 2012 via mobile

If, like me, you often like the starters on a menu more than the choice of mains then Graze is perfect. An opportunity to taste a wide variety of well-crafted quality food from a very obviously keen-to-impress experimental chef. The owners are desperate to make a success of their new venture and seem to get the balance of friendliness and efficient service just right. Decor and ambiance is the best this venue has ever had. Looking forward to re-visiting (tonight!).

“Small plate excellence”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 October 2012

If you want fine dining with a difference, this is your place.
We tried the signature menu and it was brilliant, several small plates consisting of delicious combinations such as pigs head and scallops and for pudding a deconstructed trifle.
The wine list is very good, the service is good and the atmosphere warm and friendly.
Graze is now one of my favourite places to eat in Bury St Edmunds.

“Something different!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 October 2012

This is such an original way of eating out! You just choose as many individual dishes as you
like - all small - but perfectly formed and quite delicious. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Definitely a great asset to Bury - be sure to give it a try!!!

“Most welcome twist to fine dining!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 October 2012

Newly opened and very keen to get it right, this is a great place for any occasion - in our case, my birthday. Such a good idea - not new to some cuisines, but unusual in modern British - to be able to choose small but ample dishes, according to taste and appetite. Friendly cheerful staff - not as attentive as they will be as time goes by. Tastefully decorated - loved the "solid" banquettes, and a beautiful arrangement of orange globe lights in what may be an atrium...! Reasonable prices - £30 per head including wine - given the style, quality and location. Will certainly return. Only puzzlement was the offer on the menu of a choice of 3 set price meals, which can only be ordered for the whole table - I'm sure this glitch will be rectified.
