Lovely staff and meals not sure about the music though - have been there a lot recently and enjoyed every meal.

We decided to treat the kids on New Years day so made an impromptu visit to Frankie & Benny's. The waiter was very accommodating and the drinks order was taken immediately. He checked to ensure everything was still available on the kids menu as the previous night had been very busy. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the waiter kept humouring the kids too with their 'helpfulness'. The food was reasonably priced and the setting ideal for kids due to the music and busy atmosphere. I would recommend for families and groups.

Made reservations as we know how busy it gets, there were 9 of us from 4 - 72!
Were seated straight away, but Still had to wait 35 mins before a drink order was taken, the server was a young male who got confused really easily, and got the order wrong several times over the 3 courses.

Seating to us getting any food was 1 hour, not really great when you have hungry children, the mains when they did arrive were cold as we had seen them placed on the pass 6 mins before they even got to us.

To top it off the server tried to add the service charge and was not happy when we told her that no it was not happening, you only get the extra if service / food was good! I felt a little sorry for her as she took our table over 3/4 way through our visit, but unfortunately the damage had already been done.

Normally when we go there it's great, maybe it's just because it's that time of year when everyone wants to eat out, but we will most certainly think twice about going there again.

Another birthday meal coming up?? We never take long to decide where we would go. Their pizzas are actually so good. Service has been ok every time we go, never had any issues. Good place to eat. :)

If you want to have to queue up to pay the earth for mediocre service and poor food, then this is the place to go.

On arrival had to wait with gadget thing as tables hadn't been cleared. The two couples after us also given same treatment. Next couple to enter were shown straight to a table!! Manageress and staff didn't have a clue who was waiting and who was next in the queue. Shambles.

If you want a burger expect to pay £10.00 min. yes, TEN POUNDS! I ordered a veggie burger and it cost me £10.75 - absolute ripoff. When it arrived I was totally underwhelmed. Chips were luke and the veggie burger was barely warm. It was served with some sort of relish that tasted like jam.

Overall, rubbish service and rubbish food - don't bother. P.S. - the toilets stank and there was no soap in either dispenser. Avoid
