Sadly, we could only stay one night for a local wedding. Bobby & Sarah have got hospitality down to a fine art. Charming and attentive, they and their lovely house offered everything one could have possibly wanted. Comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated our bedroom was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, only sorry not to have been ableto partake of dinner which, by all accounts, is not to be missed. We couldn't recommend The Old Rectory more highly and we hope very much to return.

Having stayed twice at The Old Rectory, I can highly recommend it. A quintessential English rectory, it is the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed in. The hosts, Bobby and Sarah Llewellyn are very friendly and welcoming and they certainly make you feel at home.
Both rooms I have stayed in are very comfortable with everything you need, including fresh milk for your morning cup of tea!
Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented in their dining-room with gleaming silver on the polished dining-table. Breakfast was also delicious.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home, as we were welcomed by Bobby and Sarah with cups of tea (and cake) by the fire. Our room was super comfortable - and warm, as the weather was turning chilly. We were extremely well fed on both nights of our stay - dinner was delicious and plentiful - and we much enjoyed chatting with our hosts, like old friends. Good wine list, too! Breakfasts were first rate and copious. They even laid on plenty of sunshine! Now we need an excuse to go back.....

We had a lovely overnight stay en route to Norfolk. Delicious food, very comfy room and Bobby and Sarah are excellent hosts. It is especially good to find dog-friendly places and our lurcher dog Holly had a great time with her host dogs Amber and Ruby! Would highly recommend The Old Rectory to anybody wanting a virtually perfect and very friendly B&B.

An excellent B&B, set in a quiet location. Bobby & Sara are first class hosts, providing upmarket accomodation, in a large grade 2 listed building. They have lovingly restored the Rectory to it's former glory & the dinning room & guest's lounge is furnished to a high standard. My wife & I enjoyed a very well presented & cooked evening meal, which we shared with our hosts. The conversation over dinner was stimulating & interesting! Their 2 dogs were very friendly & welcoming & eager to show us round.

A very nice and quiet house and very friendly and welcoming hosts.
An extremely British atmosphere, exactly what we as French tourists were looking for. It couldn't be better.
