From the warm welcome at the door, attentive staff, excellent food and good prices it is difficult to describe anything that is not good at this venue.
Good wines at reasonable prices. I asked for a Campari as an aperitif. They had run out. Apologies tendered and when we left the manager apologised for them not having any.
The food was excellent, well served and sensible proportions.
I do hope that they can maintain this standard. I liked the way that one team of staff delivered the food but it was then served by a waiter. Nice touch and I hope that they don't see this as an expensive addition that can be cut as they look at margins.

Great addition to the Companies portfolio I have eaten in several of these restaurants and on the whole found them to be well run and the food without a doubt perhaps the best on the High Street.
Dined here recently for Dinner none of my party of 5 had nothing but praise for the high standard and quality of the food presented.
The staff were well trained and could not have done any more.
Annette who deserves a special mention not only for her customer service but her attention to detail was exemplary.

Recently opened and have visited twice. Breakfast menu very good quality and value. Staff very attentive. Tables for two in the front section of the restaurant are a little close for my personal liking, but plenty of space in the centre and back end though. Give it a try !

All 10 out of 10 for booking, welcome, ambience, food, wine & service. However, I think one's good impression is tainted by their adding a high 12.5% service charge to the bill, with a cheeky note underneath saying it is optional & discretionary. If service is good, of course I like to tip (usually 10%). But they know no-one likes to spoil the occasion by asking for it to be taken off, so this is a cynical way to make more profit. Despite this, I would go again for all the 10 out of 10 ratings, - but this service charge is a poor attitude to their customers & should be reviewed.

We wanted to pre-book a large group in, but they were honest enough to say that as they would only have been open a few days, they wanted to make sure they were fully functional. I went with 4 others for an evening meal, which was excellent. We were given free kir royals which helped! Service was attentive, & quick. Very happy with the prices & atmosphere. Only observation was that the musak was a bit loud, which the manager accepted with good grace.
