“Amazing polite service just what we wanted.”
Reviewed 9 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Made a last minute booking late at night. Missed the 4pm check in time and actually got there about 10pm at night. Was made very welcome after a simple phone call and couldn't fault the annex. Very very good would definitely do it again and would highly recommend.

“Beautifullyappointed annexe”
Reviewed 2 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

This is a beautiful part of Suffolk and a beautiful annexe to stay in attached to the owners own property.
Everything you need for a short stay has been provided.
The kitchen is small but is well equipped with all you need - fridge, double ring hob and microwave although there is no oven.
The furnishings are tasteful and of excellent quality. The whole feel of the apartment is that of a luxury suite in a hotel !!!
Ideal place for a stay with good access to local towns and places of interest in the area.

“Lovely place to stay.”
Reviewed 30 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The annexe was perfect for a few days stay with our 18 month old. Plenty of room for all of us and an incredibly comfortable bed. The owners were very welcoming and the hamper was ideal.

“An idyllic, tranquil day retreat.”
Reviewed 12 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Amazed from start to finish, impeccably clean, light and airy, a superb location, a lovely welcome on arrival. The owners cooked us a fresh bread loaf and provided fresh fruit/milk/pastries. There were board games, plenty of information on the surrounding area, some small pubs that served food just a short walk away. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, we wanted a blanket to lay out in the sun to relax with a glass of wine. The bed was so comfortable and the towels a luxury quality. They have thought of everything from bathroom toiletries, magazines, books and torches, umbrellas. Had a peaceful day there and will visit again.

“This a lovely place, with perfect hosts, for a quiet time away.”
Reviewed 31 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

Julie and Peter greeted us with a lovely welcome basket of goodies for us - they were the perfect hosts, always there to help or answer questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our accommodation was absolutely beautiful - immaculate and with beautiful furnishings. The towels and bed linen were superb, quite the best we have ever come across in our many stays at various accommodation throughout the UK. We loved our private entrance and the view of the pretty garden from our own private conservatory (which even had a desk filled with stationery - fantastic for someone like me who keeps a travel diary and writes postcards). Wonderful, comfortable holiday there - great location, too - lots to see!

“Would definitely recommend”
Reviewed 28 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We have just got back from a weekend break over Easter at the Hamptons. It is a lovely ground floor apartment ideal for a short break within easy reach of Bury, Sudbury, Long Melford and many other Suffolk villages. Julie and Peter were very welcoming and provided a welcome basket of fruit bread and pastries as well as milk butter and eggs.
Would definitely recommend.
