Absolutely fantastic night away in this lovely farmhouse in idyllic surroundings. The room was spotless and had thought of everything. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and good refreshment tray. Bed was so comfy, I slept like a log. Breakfast fantastic with local produce.

We stayed here in May for a family wedding in the local area. We had two elderly relatives and two teenagers (one who is autistic) so they really had their hands full. I did book quite a while in advance and discussed our requirements fully over the phone. Everything was as requested and we were made to feel very comfortable. We came and went to our own timetable and encountered no problems at all. Breakfast was lovely and well cooked. Given I had picky eaters we were all catered for really well. Complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee were very welcome. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and everything was lovely and clean. I have just taken one star off, because there was nowhere to have a drink or a chat in the evenings and no lounge area. I was the driver and it would have been nice to have had a glass of wine, "on the premises" so to speak, but it was not available on-site anywhere. Apart from that (which is only our own particular requirement and not a fault of the Farm House) I would return and stay again.

We stayed over 2 nights last weekend for a wedding. The staff on arrival we very friendly and accommodating with a warm professional friendly welcome.
The guesthouse looks beautiful from the outside in a lovely setting on the edge of the vineyard and lovely views.
We continued to be wowed inside there are good sized rooms which were well dressed.
We had a family room with a toddler who had a single bed, myself and my husband in a double and we brought a travel cot for our baby, despite all of the beds there was still ample room for the children to play in the room and for us to move around.
The pillows and quilts we re of good quality, the only moan is Squeaky bed/mattress when turning over!
Our on-suite bathroom was also lovely with complimentary toiletries a powerful shower and a nice bath.
The breakfast was brilliant, locally sourced meat in the full English breakfast and a full choice of fresh fruit, cereals, toasts and the usual beverages. The breakfast room is lovely overlooking the garden and vineyard.
The guesthouse was very clean and tidy.

I cannot fault the customer services at the guesthouse Aaron was the person running the guesthouse for the duration of our stay and he was brilliant, very friendly and professional at all times, nothing was too much trouble. A lady (not sure on her name sorry!) assisted him during breakfast she was also lovely and very approachable.

All in all an excellent stay, great value for money if you want a lovely location, great customer service and a very well kept establishment.

We would definitely go back again. X

I have been a regular at Denbies Farmhouse B&B for over a year having first spotted it on LateRooms.com and I've never got around to reviewing here for others until now.
Right from the start ( September 2012) I have been made to feel very welcome by Paul and his team who totally spoil me. I always get the same room which looks north up the vineyard to the woodland beyond. It is a nice quiet place to stay and the amenities are great.
I have read a few reviews on here and it almost sounds like some folk are experiencing a totally different place to me. :-/

The Farmhouse is set in the vineyard and has fabulous views at all times of year. It is great to wake up and look across the peaceful rows of vines. In the early morning this is home to dog walkers and joggers.
The "in-room" amenities are thoughtful and of a good quality. Free Wifi is a bonus as so many places charge for this basic need. The selection of beverages and free still and sparkling water is a nice touch.
Breakfast is served in the conservatory at the side of the Farmhouse overlooking the garden and vineyard beyond. On offer are a full English and all you can eat continental buffet including selection of fruit, fruit juice, yoghurts, cereals etc. and teas and freshly brewed coffee.
All in all Denbies Farmhouse B&B is a fabulous place to stay and makes my business travel a whole lot easier to bear.

Room Tip: All the rooms have a view so there is not a bad room in the place.

We have just had an overnight stay at the farmhouse on a Groupon deal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room ( we had No.7) was on the ground floor and was spotlessly clean. Plenty of tea/coffee/bottled water and biscuits on a complementary tray. We were greeted both when we arrived and at breakfast the next morning most hospitably. My husband is gluten free and that was no problem for them or in the gallery restaurant where we had our evening meal.
The only thing I would mention is that a torch would be useful for when you go to the restaurant for dinner as it is a short walk round the corner but quite dark.
All in all it was a lovely stay and we have absolutely no complaints at all.
Can't wait for the next deal!
