Stayed here for one night last minute booking and what a lovely surprise ! The landlady was ever so welcoming, showed me to the room, which was very nice, extremely clean and spacious.
I didn't have the breakfast but took advantage of the cereals in my room for a £1.00. With fresh cold milk out of the fridge in your room you couldn't go wrong.
The room was lovely and warm and the bed was comfy with quality bedding which to me makes a big difference. Beats budget hotels anyway.

Thank you for making me feel welcome will definitely be back again when in the area.

One point worth noting they don't accept credit/debit cards !

Very convenient location close to the station and the town centre in a quiet residential street.

Owner remained calm and friendly throughout... despite one of the other guests loosing her car keys in the drain!

Our room was large, clean with attractive and modern furnishings. It had a lovely view out over the garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay visiting some of the many historic buildings that were open for the heritage open weekend. There is much more to Guildford than first meets the eye.

Room Tip: not all rooms have a garden view

I stayed here in September 2013 in a triple room at the front, with my 2 grown-up daughters, on the way back to university in Surrey. It was a great little find. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Every consideration is made regarding your comfort and convenience and it made us feel very special. The house is immaculately clean and well decorated with lots of interesting knick-knacks. The gardens, front and back were exquisite and the location was free from any traffic noise overnight. We drove, and found it easily, with plenty of parking. The breakfast was in a lovely dining room and there was a fabulous variety of cereals, drinks and spreads. No full English breakfast, but plenty to fill your boots with. I had scrambled egg and smoked salmon on toast. The room had a well stocked fridge, nice large mugs for tea and coffee etc and even a microwave. Free wifi was great for the girls to catch up on Facebook, and a friendly Burmese cat available just to complete the picture. Would highly recommend. If only I could think of a reason to go back to Guildford ....Thanks Roxanne.

Members of my family stayed at this Guildford bed & breakfast, back in April 2013. They found Roxanne's hosting to be flawless and also found their night's room to be very spacious, clean and bright.

Stayed in a double room at the rear of the property and found it to have spectacular views over lovely sculptured gardens and views towards and beyond the town and the nearby Surrey Hills.

The breakfast was traditional and of good quality. Additionally, Roxanne asked whether there were any special ingredients that were desired for the breakfast, as she buys-in fresh ingredients, every day. This was considered a great gesture.

Overall, a lovely bed and breakfast establishment, with a great host, and very close to both town and country.

This B&B was stunning. The location was convenient, but very tranquil. Everything is very clean and comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The breakfast is simply delicious and the variety is wonderful. The lady who runs it, Roxanne, is lovely and extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable right away. She has an adorable cat as well, but if you're not a cat person don't worry--it mostly stays outside. Everything fit our needs, from the wifi to the armchairs to the microwave to the fridge (which was stocked with things such as milk). I would recommend this B&B to anyone, and I will definitely be staying there again. I almost didn't want to leave!
