Actually, had the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten, which isn’t bad for a couple in mid/late 50’s. Fantastic food & service here and I couldn’t recommend any higher 👍🏼5⭐️

Popped in for a drink on a Wednesday night. Nice enough pub with friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. I took a look at the food menu thinking I might visit with the family another time. No allergy information on the menu so I asked how they were at dealing with allergies. In short the response was "we cannot accommodate you".
If you have allergies this is a place best avoided, at least when it comes to dining.

Booked online as visiting son at uni so needed to make sure we had somewhere to eat. No issues booking, quick polite reply. Sat outside in the shade of their newly built COVID covered seating area which was perfect on a hot sunny day.
Freshly cooked pizza with proper thin base and generously covered with good quality ingredients. Large pizzas easily could have shared.
Clean tables, staff wearing masks and clean toilets.
Couldn’t fault it and would happily eat here again.

Really warm welcome last night and the pizza's were as good as always (The Lone Star pizza's were superb). The team looked after us really well and were really nice despite being rushed off their feet. Great to be back and already looking forward to our next visit.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our first post-lockdown night out. The pub staff are clearly working hard to ensure that they follow all the COVID guidelines, but the atmosphere was still very fun and relaxed, and the outdoor seating area is great. We had delicious pizza and nachos, and a bottle of really nice wine. Everything was very reasonably priced considering the generous portion sizes. Will definitely be returning to this fabulous pub.
