We have eaten here three times now, great food and service. Can recommend the Welsh Rarebit! The garden centre is also very good with helpful assistants. We bought a table/chairs and a barbecue which were all cheaper than online!

Came here for quick lunch - soup and roll. Staff very pleasant, cafe attractive, however, both items a little disappointing. Soup more like a puree and roll so overheated inedible. Coffee good!

Never noticed this gem on tripadvisor before this week but popped in for lunch.
The cafe is at the back of the garden centre but it was warm, pretty and cosy. It was heaving at lunchtime with all sorts of different people.
The food is divine. It all comes served on wooden chopping boards and are very generous portions. The great thing is it tastes great as well as looking great.
I am gluten and dairy free and they had 4 cakes/biscuits to choose from. I however went for smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce with GLUTEN FREE bread. It was £5.50 and I had the most enormous portion of salmon. All the other food was mouthwatering coming out of the kitchen. The other order of a beautiful quiche cam with a lovely dressed salad and an amazing looking chutney, it was around the £5 mark too,
No negatives, apart from if you want to receive your food in 5mins at lunch time that's not going to happen as there so many people. However, it didn't take long at all and it is such a lovely cafe, run independently to the garden centre, why would you want to rush? A must try.
Also they have soya milk, for those with dairy allergies and coffee is delicious too.

We went for lunch and all loved our food. Great sandwiches, all freshly prepared to order. Then we treated ourselves to some of their lovely cakes, they looked so amazing we just couldn't resist! I would go back just to have their coffee and walnut cake again!
Forgive the garden centre setting, as this place is better than you would expect.
Yummy!!!!
