Second visit to Zaap, was left a little disappointed by the last visit si have Bern reluctant to go back and hence I've not spent my money there in over a year. The food was incredibly delicious - albeit suspiciously quick. However the service is the let down. The waitress simply didn't ask us at all whether we wanted desserts, missing out on a sales opportunity and a tip.

We will be back, but I just hope the service is better next time.

Thank Matt C

This is as authentic an experience you can get outside of Bangkok. Brilliant surroundings that took us straight back to Thailand. Great food with fresh ingredients and solid service with a smile

came here before the Ed Sheeran concert for some food and a drink , our friends have been before but this mine and the wife's first visit , had a table booked so we got seated straight away , cocktails ordered 2 for 1 and food quickly after , starters inc battered prawns and chicken skewers were brought to our table with little waiting , the mains quickly followed with us all choosing Phad Thai chicken and a prawn option , the chicken ones were a little spicy compared to the prawn and we requested them to be changed as we chose this as there was no spice meant to be in it , this wasn't a problem and they were replaced quickly with a fresh meal.
All in this cost us £80 in total so not a bad price for 4 people with a few cocktails as well.

We visit this restaurant regularly , the service excellent as well as the food.
We never have any complaints and have never have been disappointed with the food.
Food all dishes are delicious and hot can be spicier on occasion depending on the chef.

Really good food and authentic Thai style and decor. Also really reasonably priced - definitely worth a visit!
