We trusted the reviews and they were right. This is a small, buzzy, friendly Turkish restaurant in the shadow of the football ground on the northern side of the city centre. The fish stew was excellent, as were the mixed cold mezze sharing platter. The price was very reasonable including the drinks and you definitely got what you paid for. We will be back next time we visit our family in Newcastle. Reserve a table at busier times. Expect the service to be swift, they are clearly deliberately and understandably turning tables fairly rapidly. If you want to go slower, ask them, I expect they would oblige.
