Appartment in perfect condition. Looks new and very clean. Nice view on millenium bridge and walking distance of some highlights of newcastle. Private parking space (encloded) comes handy in large town
Excellent support and accessibility of owner(s)

“Amazing, must read this........”
Reviewed 21 October 2013 for a stay in October 2013

Ok, lets start from the beginning, the booking from Tracey was spot on.
Easy to find and the parking was gated security, only your remote keys would allow excess (there were Bentley's in the car park!!!!!).
Apartment complex was very nice, smart, classy, all the words you want to read when booking an apartment.
The Apartment itself was clean, tidy, smart and very modern. Kitchen was sound, bedrooms were spot on and the bathrooms were quality.
The location was a 5minute walk from the heart of Newcastle so location was spot on.
This is an accommodation we're going to come back to before the new year as it was what we wanted/expected.
The price, well it was a bargain. Ring Tracey direct and you wont be disappointed.
There were 6 of us lads that stayed in total and it was something we've got to do again.

“Plush Apartment, with celebrity status”
Reviewed 28 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Arrived back in my home town from a August 2013 Bank Holiday weekend away with the lads and part of my birthday.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mick, who was a very pleasant with all the attributes you would want from the person your renting the property from. We needed two car parking spaces, which he already had the permit ready to hand. Parking was underneath in a private car park, easily accessible by the apartment.

After having a run down on parking, gates and door access we was shown our apartment in the Baltic Quays. The environment was warm, and we all felt welcomed right away. Room 74, we approached with Tracey soon to meet us behind.

The apartment was fanatic, very modernised, and decorated to the highest degree. Instantly I and my mates was impressed, with the layout, fully fitted kitchen, additional room touches and a good dead of a full fridge of Budweisers by the apartment owners :) Each room was warm, with the main living space providing the right amount of seating, giving a very homely feel regarding the environment.

I brought my laptop, for music (Youtube & BBC Radio) which was streamed off the WiFi provided, and the TV and DVD player provided brief entertainment while we was recovering from the previous night.

Overall by far the best place I have stayed in regarding an apartment / hotel.

“Excellent Apartment in Ideal Location - Very Friendly”
Reviewed 26 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

I stayed here with a group of friends in August, as we were looking for somewhere quiet, but not too far away from central Newcastle.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly girl, who showed us our parking space (secure which is nice), how to get in to the apartment and finally where everything was inside the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the view from the balcony was, looking over the Quayside and with a very good view of the millennium bridge (cracking to watch on a night).

The apartment was clean, spacious and extremely well decorated, with a very modern look throughout. All surfaces and windows where absolutely spotless, and you could just tell that it had been cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom prior to our arrival. Although there are quite a lot of apartments on the complex, we didn't hear any noise whatsoever from the surrounding apartments for the duration of our stay.

Its about a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a host of bars, restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Newcastle. There is also a very large Tesco just up the road, which is very handy for stocking up on food and drinks when you first arrive.

We all really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to visit Newcastle. Plans are already in place for us to book up next year ourselves :D

“Great location, clean and spacious.”

Stayed at this apartment for a few days while on a short holiday in Newcastle. Could not have been better. The owner was very accommodating about checkin and checkout times that matched our travel schedule. We would definitely choose this apartment on our next trip to the Northeast.
