This is a beautiful street with many attractive buildings & has been described as one of the finest Georgian street frontages in the UK. It has many restaurants & bars and a famous monument to Earl Grey (after whom the tea was named).

At the head of Grey Street is a huge statue, visible from around town. The street is authentically-old, with nice stores and restaurants all along it. Be sure to see it!

I never get fed up with visiting Grey Street at all times of the year from the Monument at the top, down past the Theatre Royal and the great bars and restaurants on both sides.
