We stayed here for a couple of nights, we arrived early to see if by any chance our room was ready and it was, I was welcomed by a really friendly and informative reception team.

On our way to the room we went down the wrong corridor and a member of staff asked if we was ok, and instead of just giving instructions he took us to our room (thank you).

The room was very clean (bathroom always a good place to check).

Breakfast was great really good choice and well stocked and again fabulous staff both mornings.

I would just like to say I hope you are very proud of your teams as they are doing you proud from arriving to our departure.

We look forward to seeing you all again when we come back up north.

We arrived at the hotel around 1pm and we're lucky enough to be given a room right away with an early check in. Receptionist was very helpful, directing us to the bus stop to get into town. The room was modern, clean and had toiletries/hairdryer/fan/flat screen, a sofa bed and desk and chair and a comfortable double bed. After a long days shopping we went back to the hotel and chose to have dinner at TGI Fridays situated directly across from the hotel - very convenient. We went down to breakfast around half eight - plenty of food - there was scrambled egg sausage beans for hot food and there was toast bread rolls croissants jams/spreads, fruit, cereals and yogurt - tasted fresh and hit the spot - coffee and orange juice tasty too. We had absolutely no complaints about this hotel. We got a good night sleep and location was good. We got a taxi from the metro station back on Wednesday (£3.60 before tip) as we were feeling quite tired but would have been about a 15 min walk.

Almost instantly check in, room was as requested on booking. Room was a good size and along with bathroom was spotless and as it was away from rail line was quiet. Good comfy bed made for a good sleep. Free breakfast was better than expected. Staff were excellent and helpful.
Would use again.
