We stay here every month for 2 or 3 nights and have done for the last year. All the staff are lovely and friendly and make a fuss over our Alaskan Malamute dog who they happily allow to stay free of charge.
The rooms are immaculately clean, breakfast s lovely, fresh and included in the room rate and it's only mintes from the huge Metro Centre .

The nearby Metro centre has a lot of eateries mostly chain with a couple of independent
restaurants.

Friendly staff, basic room, with double bed, shower and tv, breakfast was poor, self service coffee machine and hot food was beans, egg and sausage. 10 min cab ride into city centre/airport. Would use again if cost was a primary factor, otherwise would seek near city centre for better standard and potential saving on cab fares.
I stayed for one night. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are tired and basic. Shower curtains have been changed for screens which is a good move. Slept well and very handy for A1.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, we arrived early to see if by any chance our room was ready and it was, I was welcomed by a really friendly and informative reception team.
On our way to the room we went down the wrong corridor and a member of staff asked if we was ok, and instead of just giving instructions he took us to our room (thank you).
The room was very clean (bathroom always a good place to check).
Breakfast was great really good choice and well stocked and again fabulous staff both mornings.
I would just like to say I hope you are very proud of your teams as they are doing you proud from arriving to our departure.
We look forward to seeing you all again when we come back up north.

I am pleased to see that when you arrived at the Hotel you were able to check into your room early as sometimes this is not the case if the Hotel was full the previous night.
The whole team at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming to all our guests as you found on your arrival and taking the wrong corridor.
It is pleasing to see that you found our Express Breakfast well stocked and plentiful and the breakfast team to be fabulous. The Hotel management are are very proud of all our team as they always go that extra mile to ensure a great stay.
